How to modify your desktop(for Windows Xp and Windows vista)

Hello! Its Thursday and is very hot here in cyprus 41 C° , but airoditon to be good to have it and its ok lol :lol I have been working on a new theme and editing CSS and thinking of changing this theme to a new one but maybe in a week or in August.
